I am proud of the team here at BN Dulay. We are a team of dedicated trucking professionals that know this industry inside out. Having worked my way up through this family run business, I understand what it takes to get the job done right. Professional truck industry certifications include: BCIT Commercial Mechanic, Class 1 Professional Driver, Alcohol & Controlled Substance Supervision, NSC Levels 1, 2, 3 Safety, and Hazmat. On the business side, I am always looking for growth and how to do things better, which is why I am a member of TEC Canada, allowing me the opportunity to exchange ideas with Canada’s top executives. With a staff of over 50 employees, we invest time and training in each person to ensure the entire team is well supported and efficient. We take care of our team, so that they take good care of you and your cargo. We care and we deliver.
Operations Manager
With over 11 years in the trucking industry, I make sure that your cargo gets delivered safely and on-time. I have worked my way up to management and am certified in the following: CIFFA, Advanced CIFFA, Hazmat, Bachelor of Computer Science, Managerial Accounting, and Customer Experience Service Expert. I ensure that our team has what it takes to serve you well.
Sales Manager
I have been with the BN Dulay team for over one year now and have been working on sales and pricing for new customers, new projects, lanes and loads. I have a Bachelor’s degree of International Business and five years’ experience working on: freight forwarding, ocean and air transportation between Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America. Additionally, I’m experienced with land transportation inside and outside of Mexico, the USA, and Canada.
Sales/Yard/Operations Supervisor
I have been with BN Dulay approximately two years and am focused on providing excellent customer experiences built upon solid customer relationships. A graduate of business administration and accounting with a background in rooted management allows me to assist many areas of the company.
